Brian Bernath - Realtor
Real estate has been my profession for over 5 years. My wife and I moved to Kanab from the Chicago area, where I closed over $3 million in transactions last year alone.
I believe strongly in educating my clients in the process of buying or selling property in order to ease their natural concerns. My specialty is selling 'pet friendly' homes. I also welcome the opportunity to help first-time buyers. I like to offer my skills to sellers by presenting them with both innovative and well-established methods, such as the 'staging' technique for selling a home.
